Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Chula Vista

I arrived early bc I wanted to make sure we had our room. So maybe 1 pm. I spoke with Janet and Alice at the front. Let me tell you these 2 ladies were great. Beyond great. I needed the special accommodations of a walk in shower. The room had some issues with the A/C. They put in a portable and a fan. So we can have a room that we needed. Now this wasn't their fault but I wanted a 2 bed room. We ended up with a king bed suite. But they did everything to accommodate us with a full hotel. Janet even told me where to park to make it easier on my mom to get her around the hotel. The next day I thanked them to the lady in the front. Told her how happy I was with the room accommodations for my mom

Very nice suite with 2 bedrooms and living /dining/kitchen facilities for 4 of us. Great breakfast included. Easy to drive to. Parking also easy. Close to Easton Archery Facility. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Rooms are large and clean with a good kitchen. A good variety available for Breakfast.

Once again, Marriott succeeded in exceeding my expectations. The room was fantastic, very clean, spacious, functional, and comfortable, but honestly the staff was so amazing, they are the reason above all that this will be my go-to hotel every time I visit the area. Sarah at the front desk not only made me and my 2 dogs feel very welcomed, but truly went the extra mile in her personal customer service...I felt more like family than just a guest. She and the wonderful young man (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) at reception are 2 glowing examples of Marriott's hiring process. Thank you for everything! You enabled a tired, weary traveler to return to the road rested and refreshed 🤗
